Despite Yourself should take place there. It's certainly a word play on that as well, but I can't quite imagine the connection, so I went for the generic. Someone is abandoning who you are, perhaps in opposition to the Terran Empire? Way too obvious.
I thought it meant a conflict between a character and their own mirror counterpart. (Whoever that might be.) So "despite yourself" can be taken literally, in that sense.
You could take it another level by having that character having conflict within themselves when they see their mirror doing things they wouldn't normally do, but then think, 'wait could I be capable of that..?' A la Picard/Shinzon.
I don't see "Despite Yourself" necessarily meaning someone abandoning who they are. The phrase "despite oneself" is used when you do something you didn't want or intend to do -- for instance, if an offensive joke makes you laugh despite yourself, or if you get so caught up in something that you miss an appointment despite yourself. That's not abandoning who you are, just doing something against your better judgment or your own best interests. Also, it occurs to me that it could be a reference to a certain character having a dual nature, and one of his selves acting against the wishes of the other.
Vaulting Ambition is probably the Emony Dax episode. I don't think that Will You Take My Hand? will involve a literal amputation, as that would be too Star Wars-y, but if it does, it may tie in to the Klingons' penchant for cannibalism. Maybe Tyler makes a cultural faux pas on a date with Burnham.
!!! was this hinted by the staff that a Dax would appear? I thought it was just speculation/hope but if not I'm all for it! I would absolutely love to see another Dax host.
Spoiler: Personal chart on who I wish to kill; hints of fan theories Michael Burnham - can't, please don't Saru - please don't Ash Tyler - can't, +already dead, leaning towards please don't Voq - see above L'Rell - can't, please don't Paul Stamets - please don't, leaning towards can't - Discovery dies with him Sylvia Tilly - would be silly (hint: it's her) Gabriel Lorca - already dead or MIA Adminal Cornwell - possible; teased us with her death two or three times already Airiam - please don't; so typical to pretend they killed someone important Hugh - see above Sarek - major disruption in the temporal continuum Philippa Georgiou - could come back Kol - could come back T'Kuvma - just don't even think about it

There's been no serious talk of a Dax appearance, although I would also like to see this as well. Especially if it features the transition from Emony to Audrid (we don't know exactly when this happened, so if DSC chose to do it, it wouldn't violate continuity).
It occurs to me that "The Wolf Inside" could be a Redjac prequel, but I really hope not. Discovery has already encountered too many things that the Enterprise would encounter a decade or so later.
For what its worth, within the novel continuity, Audrid was 56 years old in 2280, making her 41 years old in 2265 when she and Jayvin Vod encounter the parasites with Captain Pike. If DSC is currently taking place in 2256 that would make her 32 years old. As far as the novels are concerned if we were to see a Dax I would then assume it would be Audrid and not Emony. Emony's encounter with McCoy happened in 2245 when he was 17 and she was much older (dates provided by Memory Beta). I would assume that Audrid would have been joined in her 20s but that's only an assumption. It's been a while since I've read The Lives of Dax, but I think at this time Trill Symbiosis is still a secret to outsiders. But as far as actual canon it seems prime for picking either Emony or Audrid.
one of these characters above, except Michael Burnham. One character is not what it seems to be. I am not referring to Tyler. A person who read the scripts revealed some news to me. I can´t reveal any details. One thing is for certain. Mirror universe will be very important to the plot
