I found this great timeline of all of the"relaunch" novels

    http://memory-beta.wikia.com/wiki/Relaunch_novels_timeline

But it ends at "Sight Unseen". I know there are more novels after this including another Section 31 novel, that "I, The Constable" novella, probably more.

It will be a while before I get that far, I'm just now on "A Stitch in Time" but still. Why isn't the site updating anymore?

Nothing happened to it. It just doesn't have many editors. MB sometimes goes 12 hours without an edit.

That doesn't really help when you're looking for information you don't have and it's clear that MB is out of date, like the OP is.

Jesus, when I saw this thread-title, I about had a heart attack. Losing the Battlestar Wiki was bad enough.

BSWiki is hobbling back towards working order. They've got a Patreon that'll give you access to their test-server, which I don't believe I'm allowed to link to, because soliciting.

If you're only interested in the post-Nemesis stuff than @ryan123450 is a really good. After I got into a massive fight with the editors there I've tried to avoid going there as much as possible, and Ryan's site has been great replacement for it when it comes to figuring out reading order.

Thanks! I’m not doing as well as I used to at keeping the chronological details documented on the site, and the newer stuff I haven’t read yet is always my best guess for the time being, but I do keep working to make it better every chance I get.

It's still not fully up to date (Original Sin hasn't been added yet, and I don't know how to do the tables) but I generally look at each of the pages for specific years, such as http://memory-beta.wikia.com/wiki/2386

    That guy...

I removed a dead link yesterday, he reverted it, and then claimed I was vandalizing Memory Beta. I took exception to that and he opened a "personal attack" claim (in what looks like a self-overseen court/"public" forum) and reminded me that I stepped away from active editing in 2015 because of complaints about his lack of communication for what I thought were also solid edits. Because I dared use his name in the complaint, I was 2 strikes in "personal attacks", apparently threatening to ban me.

He kept moving the goalposts to focus on my complaints on the lack of informative leadership on Memory Beta, rather than the actual event that initiated his escalating confrontation. He started opining about this site (glad he did) and reddit and about he really doesn't care what others think of him, and some other "small pond" proclamations.

Regardless if its a ban or a self-exile, its Memory Beta that's being hurt by SelfpromotedMike's poor attitude. He can't be claiming to be bringing people into the community when he's "presuming bad faith".

Time to step back, kiddo, instead of getting everyone else to walk away.

You didn't remove a dead link. You removed a link to the StarTrek.com article, which was a valid link because StarTrek.com does have a page for hyronalin.

If you think captainmike is bad, you should spend some time on Memory Alpha. One admin (sulfur) kept ignoring me when I asked him a question. Another admin (Archduk3) tried everything he could to prevent people from seeing a discussion I had just started by moving it to the middle of the talk page, falsely claiming it was a rehash of a previous discussion and posting links to MA policies that weren't even relevant. The Official Dead by Daylight Wiki is even worse. An admin there flat-out deleted an ongoing discussion that he disagreed with and demanded that people stop talking about it.

For everyone else here's a link to the argument Revanche is talking about and here's captainmike's response.

Captainmike may be unfriendly and stubborn, but if he leaves, it would be a disaster for Memory Beta. He's currently the only active admin on the site, since sulfur and Bell'Orso only stop by occasionally and the rest of the admins are long gone. Without captainmike, Memory Beta would quickly become a vandal's playground.

I and several others here (@Sci @JD and @Mr. Laser Beam to name a few) used to post at memory beta all the time back when it was known as the non-canon Star Trek wiki. Speaking for myself, Captain Mike's attitude and at times, dare I say, his sheer fucking hubris, was enough to make me leave and never look back. It was once a very fun, friendly place to congregate and share your obscure Star Trek knowledge or keep updated on the latest releases. Captain Mike sucked all the fun out of it with his obsessive behavior and abrasive attitude.

In my experience, the Doctor Who wiki is also run by humorless admins more interested in their own proclamations than anything else.

The only good fan wiki left is the Transformers one... they were wise to get off Wikia when they could.

I mean, I think the German Memory Beta is pretty chill, but I'm a bit biased...

CaptainMike took over MB and turned it into his own petty fiefdom. I occasionally go back and add things now and then, but avoiding CM's abuse is a headache.

I've created a few articles for MB, but never get involved in the behind-the-scenes stuff. I might be an administrator, I'm not sure actually.

I think MB has too much information now, most of it contradictory. I'd like to disambiguate the character article pages into something like the Star Wars wiki does, the canon information on one page and information from the novels in another.

Memory Omega never really took off which is a pity, although I would prefer it as it omits information from Star Trek Online and the other video games.
