If you could have a future technology or invention created every year from now until 2050; what would you want?

Water-proof clothing. No, no spray-on stuff or expensive water-proof clothing, regular everyday items you can pick up at Wal-Mart -- all clothing (and shoes).

    Nanobot drain de-cloggers. Say good-bye to Roto-Rooter.

Hand-held lasers for cutting (nothing you could use to go on a laser-assisted killing spree mind you). Cut trees down, cut metal, write/etch things on wood and metal. Maybe a setting to "grate" layers.

    Small nanobot-like sized mosquito hunters/killers.

Shape-memory metal for things like car bodies, fences, etc., so all you have to do is hose it down with hot or cold water and it pops back in place.

About a decade ago I read in a magazine, probably Popular Science, scientists were working on a miracle liquid they describe as Drano for the heart; FDA testing was going happen or was already started. Seems the good stuff like this never makes it, while douchebag sticks, AKA: Selfie sticks, get governmental approval. Anyway, it finally comes out.

Going to a dentist and having newly-grown teeth put in place of old broken ones (and these new ones are treated with a permanent coating resistant to sugar and other substances that can destroy the tooth).

A home-use laser that stimulates skin regeration, to fast healing of cuts and scrapes.

    Lasers for cutting grass.

Controllable anti gravity; as it -- it doesn't fly away or need to be weighted. For hauling stuff, cars, shopping carts, etc. Imagine: anti-gravity shopping carts -- no more bad wheels; and they are programmed to bring themselves back to the store.

Three shells used instead of toilet paper.

    Instant fines issued for swearing.

Indefinite cryonic suspension of human metabolism - this might be possible if research were funded. Probably requires DNA modification using CRISPR or similar for cells to producd natural antifreeze as in animals that can withstand being frozen.

Self cleaning gutters. Nanobots that would chew up yard waste, turn your leaves into a pile of dust.
