When the 13th Doctor meets the Daleks it should go something like...

So the doctors enters the room the Daleks and announces who she is, after a moments silence:

DALEK 1:

Oh my god the doctor is a woman! (in a very excited Dalek voice).

DALEK 2:

Make me a sammich!

DALEK 3:

I have a pile of ironing needs doing.

DALEK 4:

Have you dusted the TARDIS?

Then all the Daleks should burst into a fit of laughter.

 

Adn then she manages what all the male Doctors have not bothered doing and ends them all finally.

 

First they're going to mistake her for a Companion.

Then they're going to mistake her for Romana.

Then she's going to mistake them for recycle bins.

 

She like the rest of them will do exactly that, but then they will be brought back by the power of script.

 

I wouldn't mind seeing that, actually.

 

Yeah I don't find that amusing in the slightest. In fact, this is just ridiculous and insulting. You state misandry in the show already, then proceed to try and balance that with misogyny instead?

This isn't South Park where you can insult everyone and it works.

If I have to put up with all that (on an enormously popular kids show no less) I insist on being able to crack 'make me a sammich' on a forum most of the world has no idea exists.

Yeah, I am PAINFULLY aware of the anti-male sentiments in the media and entertainment; it pisses me off to no end that we are portrayed as stupid, sports obsessed imbeciles who can't figure out how to change our own kids' diaper. But to state that it gives us the right or privilege to retort with mysogeny is just plain wrong. It's not OK in either direction, none of it is.

(stops cold when it sees the TARDIS...starts backing up slowly when it sees the woman standing next to it isn't remotely afraid of it)

DOCTOR: Yes, I know who you are. I've dealt with your kind all across eternity. I've seen your cruelty. I've seen your barbarism, the terror and misery that you've inflicted across the Universe. And you know what? I've stood against you and defeated you time and time again. On Earth. On Trenzalore. On Skaro. Across hundreds of worlds, I've sent your lot packing--and usually in pieces. So...do you know who I am?

DALEK: Retreat! Retreat! It is the Doctor! Retreat! The Doctor is here!

 

The real difference here, is that the above examples are actually funny. Yours is more on the insulting side than anything else.

 

No, they’re all as insulting as each other. You’ve being well trained to think sexism is OK as long as it’s not aimed at women, there’s a good boy have a treat.

 

The sexism you must endure during those 42 minutes once a week must be SOUL CRUSHING. I don't know how you do on.
