Watched Evolution last night and noticed something on the floor near Worf's left foot, while at his post on the bridge. Look like something left there accidentally by production crew.

Could you be more specific? I tried checking it on Netflix. I didn't see anything

Also, in the HD remasters they were able to erase a lot of the little production mistakes, so if JcarlA was watching an SD rerun, it may be gone in the version on Netflix.

I'm doing a rewatch of TNG starting with season one (many of these eps. I have not seen since they originally aired) In the ep. "Lonely among Us" when the Enterprise has to transport those two alien races that are trying to kill each other to a peace conference, at the end of the ep. Yar finds out one of them appear to have been killed and eaten, and Picard just laughs it off and says "You deal with it." I know they were trying to figure out the characters and the tone of the show.....but damn....

I noticed in the blu-editions of TNG. they digitally removed the guy in the crystal sfx goof in the episode "unification"

also, not specifically TNG persay, but I watched the blu ray of STV and noticed the bar on Nimbus III looked an awful lot like 10 Forward.... which IIRC showed up shortly thereafter on TNG season 2.

And I'm pretty sure the ENT-A's bridge in TFF was a redress of the battle bridge.... although wasn't that also somehow a mashup of what was leftover of the TMP bridge?

Other way around. TNG first, ST5 second. (And just the serving counter I think? Not the whole set.) There are several TNG sets visible in ST5.

Picard was the commanding officer, of course he was responsible.
I'm not a Sherlock Holmes follower, is Countess Barthalomew from that fiction?

Oh, that reminds me - Did you notice when Data briefly had Blue eyes? This was in the episode "Parallels." (By design, I've always presumed. If it was just a mistake, that would be a good laugh, because the visual suited the story. Must've been a nice break for Brent Spiner to be out of the contact lenses for a few scenes.)

This! so stands out for me as one of the most WTF moments in all of Trek. The comic music they're playing over it! What's better fodder for low-stakes, wacky comic antics than the murder of an ambassador, and the subsequent eating of his corpse? Surely Starfleet Command will just brush that off with a chuckle as well...

No, I don't believe so. Just a construct for the sake of the holoprogram. Probably based on a character or characters though.

Thanks for the correction. I always assumed the sets were cannibalized from the movie for TNG. I was 2 at the time TNG would have aired season 2 so my memory is a bit fuzzy on the specifics.

Isn't there a goof where Jonathan Frakes is wearing a shoe cover or slippers or something and you can catch it just as he is walking down the corridor and out of frame? Can anyone else confirm this? I remember seeing the clip a long time ago and can't remember what scene/episode it was. But I do remember it was Riker in the newer TNG uniform walking down a corridor on the Enterprise.

It's Doctor Bashir in Birthright part 1.

For me it's the magically changing hair of the 24th Century. Worf and Sela have their hairstyles completely change between the first and second parts of BoBW and Birthright, respectively.

Watched "Captain's Holiday" last night and it was nothing but "I never noticed that before" moments.

There's an Antican AND an Andorian in the Risa BG!

Troi's little "yes!" cheer to herself as Picard and Riker walk away, after her "my mother is visiting" gambit is successful.

And this might just be the HD remaster, but YIKES is that Ferengi makeup on Max Grodenchik sloppy. You'd get kicked off of "Face Off" if you did work of that quality in a challenge.

Also, "Captain's Holiday" is a fantastic episode! All subsequent appearances of Vash and visits to Risa are so bad, I had forgotten how charming this initial installment was. Hard to believe Ira Steven Behr wrote both this and DS9's "Let He Who Is Without Sin"...

Most likely a mark to let Dorn know where to stand in the scene. Ex Astra Scientia has some pics of them in other episodes.

Something I just noticed recently, in later episodes at least, is that the corridors in the Enterprise's living quarters section are "warmer" and "softer" looking than the rest of the ship, with pale rose colored wallpaper and the like. Kind of looks like a nice midpriced hotel corridor.

BOBW, between the end of part one and the beginning of part two, Beverly's uniform changes color.

Just rewatched The High Ground the other day. Dr. Crusher was taken prisoner because she wanted to stay on the surface and treat a wounded person after a bomb went off. We have no indication transporters aren't working, but for some reason neither the doctor (who doesn't even have access to disinfectant wipes) or the Enterprise crew thinks maybe they should beam Dr. Crusher and the wounded to the Enterprise where she could use her Federation sickbay instruments to treat them. A single line "he's too unstable for transport" (whatever that means, people have been transported at or near the point of death) could have resolved this, but I don't recall it being said. Cut for time maybe?
