Nice stuff man, loving the mock-ups! And the Repulse is still one hell of a model :-)

Actually, no. I was thinking of a sistership to the Hood, perhaps a second battlecruiser of the same class as the rebuilt Hood. I was thinking that, just as Enterprise found the derelict Constellation, there might be some occasion when Hood is sent out to investigate the disappearance of a sistership (perhaps a rebuilt Excalibur?) only to find the sistership has been seriously damaged in an unforeseen encounter (perhaps with the prototype K'Ting'a).

The Hood has some similarities to the Discoverse Enterprise.
What was your reaction to the 1701 as presented at the end of Star Trek: Discovery?

I wasn't following the show but several friends saw the similarities immediately. I loved the direction they took the E on the clip seen in that final episode. I think I was a little surprised how close they looked. For the hell of it, I posed my Hood alongside the Disco-Enterprise:

Wow, that is a beauty. Excellent work. The compact Connie-esque design seems way more functional, but still aesthetically pleasing. :)

love your designs I would like to ask you a question I am sure by now you have seen that a company called gameprint is allowing us to print ships from Star trek online as 3d printed ships. My question to you is with your permission I would like to know if you have ships available as a 3d model that you would be willing to send to me and I would love to get your ships printed out. If money is required please let me know if you don't want to do the above i perfectly understand I really do love your designs just wanted to add it to my collection of TOS ships please let me know Thank you for your time. I post on the Star trek online gameprint page and I already posted 2 pictures of ships that where not mine and the first thing I said was this is not my design if that is a concern as well. I am interested only in the ship nothing more

Thanks for your interest. Not many of my ship designs exist as 3D models. Those that do are not very printable. That said, I’m not too keen on handing out the keys. Some day, I may decide otherwise. I apologize.

Hey Bill, I just saw the Ships of the Line calendar. Somehow I missed that the Wasp was going to be in it. Congrats!
