^ Real Life - no, just annoying. Workforce - doesn't really add anything, so no. Flesh and Blood - Ok, add this one. It wasn't one of my favorites, but I can see how others can like it. 11:59 - Again, it doesn't really add anything. However, I can see how some would appreciate it.
Shouldn't that be up to the OP to decide? I think seeing how the first one deals with aspects of responsiblity of family and the second has strong romantic themes, they are both good quality episodes for couples to watch and get something out of it.
I'm not a real trekkie so i was quite happy almost every episode of that list i saw so far was nice to watch, and not just because it has an impact on the storyline. I must say. They're mostly exciting. Althought, i watched all borg episodes first (excluding endgame). That's what got me into Voyager at first.
I enjoy 'Bride of Chaotica' as one of the best episodes and, if for nothing else, at least for it's humoresque scenes.Voyager suddenly stood frozen because of Toms wild antics at the hands of his off-brow but still injenuine holo-programming. Convincining Seven, Tuvok and the EMH of the quirks and credence of the program was hilarious. Someone was needed to be Chaotica's alluring sex-pot and Janeway was elected. A sexy, form-fitting dress was all that was needed to show the curves and bumps of Arachnia - queen of the spider people. This wowed Chaotica enough and the program ended and Voyager was saved.
Seven years later: Thanks, I went right through this list. I needed to finally watch Voyager, and didn't have time to see them all. When I googled "voyager key episodes", this was the first result!
Great thread even though it's years old... Since I'm currently working my way through VOY for the first time I love the episode lists and comments!
Yea i know it's old... if you want to watch a show I think you should watch the show. I think every episode, even ones that I don't care for, do something that progresses the story or builds characters. I think they should all be watched.
I think any list that leaves out Counterpoint is incomplete. It's my personal favorite - complete with witty banter and a bit of a Picard-esque twist at the end that leaves you with both a win and something to think about.
