Ornella Muti. Apparently I wasn't alone in this....... Juliette Lewis gets an honourable mention from my teenage years.
A couple of other British beauties I adored in my teen years were Shirley Eaton and Suzanna Leigh. (Yeah, I have a thing for blondes.) And so are large, fleshy, pendulous earlobes!
Kelly LeBrock, Heather Locklear, Daryl Hannah, Phoebe Cates, & Olivia d'Abo, in that order, & honorable mention to Brooke Shields, whose Blue Lagoon ushered me into puberty.
Diana Rigg on THE AVENGERS Julie Newmar on BATMAN Lara Parker on DARK SHADOWS Jenny Agutter in LOGAN'S RUN Caroline Munro in THE GOLDEN VOYAGE OF SINBAD
Madonna in Like a Prayer. 80s/early 90s Madonna in general, but that video in particular. Watching that video again now I'm kind of surprised my parents let me watch it as much as I did...
Finally thought of 2. Dihann Carrol in Julia. I was only young, and I know I didn't want to be my mother, just be near her always - she was just so warm and cool at the same time. Seeing her years later in White Collar was nice. And Diana Rigg in The Avengers. Smart, funny and hot, all at the same time.

I got to go with Phoebe Cates as well but for me it wasn't "Fast times at Ridgemont High" that made me have a crush but "Gremlins." Also Kelly Martin from the show whose name I can't recall. It was the one were the family had a boy with down syndrome in it and I recall the episode were Martin's boyfriend got AIDS. It was a pretty topical show if I recall for that time period. Also like many you had Marsha from "The Brady Bunch." and DIane from "Cheers." Jason
When I was kid, Wil Wheaton, Doogie Howser and Mark Paul Gosselaar When I was a teen Martin Henderson springs to mind (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Martin_Henderson) he was on this australian soap called Echo Point at the time. There was also a boy in highschool, Lee Marshall. He wore grey tracksuit pants a lot and uh... they showed of how uh developed in certain areas he was *ahem*
