Yeah, that's Sambo - aka Isis - though I may have used other cat images, too. Yeah, I probably did use some random cat images as well, and without apology. But it's all the same "character." The capitals for each word in the actual strips is just a style I like. It does annoy some people, though.
PhotoTrek Spoiler All Right, You Murderous, Disloyal, Computerized, Half-Breed. We'll See About You Attacking My Ship. The Term "Half-Breed" Is Somewhat Applicable, Though Computerized Is Completely Accurate. But You Already Know That, Creator, So I Don't Understand What You Want. Of Course You Don't Understand. You Don't Have The Brains To Understand. All You Have Is Printed Circuits. Thank You, Creator. Again, Your Facts Are Completely Coordinated. Is There Something I Can Do For You? ( - - - Hmmm. This Is Going To Be Harder Than I Thought - - - )
I used A Trek image from somewhere. I think it might have been some villain in a DS9 episode. A quick look and I think this is the guy, but maybe not the same image. It's Hanok (James Cromwell). A male Karemma, a commerce minister in the delta quadrant dealing with Quark (who at first seemed incorruptible to Quark's shady dealings, but later, after they disarmed an unexploded torpedo together to save their lives, it turned out Hanok had sold the other bad guys the substandard torpedo, so they all had a good laugh. Anyway, the alien in my story merely "looks" like a Karemma, and any similarities between any Karemma living or dead is purely coincidental. Yeah, it may not look it, but a lot of work went into some of this stuff, and seems very few people "like" it, so . .
PhotoTrek Spoiler How Is That New Artificial Liver Working Out For You, Spock? Fine, Doctor. Thank You For Asking. Well, Just Remember, You're Not Allowed To Drink Alcohol Anymore. I Rarely Touched That Universal Solvent As It Was, So Compliance Is No Problem. I Thought Water Was The Universal Solvent. It's Alcohol, Doctor. Unlike Water, Alcohol Can Dissolve Marriages, Families, Friendships, And Even Careers.
PhotoTrek Spoiler Look At That. Giant Letters, Hundreds Of Miles Long, Actually Carved Into The Very Surface Of That Small Moon. Fascinating. But Despite Its Unnatural Appearance, Captain, It Would Seem To Be A Natural Occurrence. Have You Ever Seen Anything Like That Before, Mr. Spock? I Have Not, Doctor. It Must Be An Exceedingly Rare Phenomenon. How Often Would You Estimate Something Like That Occurs? Well . . . Don't . . . Don't Say It, Spock.
PhotoTrek Spoiler Ugghh. What's The Matter, Doctor? The Food Synthesizers Aren't Working Very Well Again. How So? I Think The Protein Resequencers Are Quitting Halfway Through The Job. What Do You Mean? That Hot Dog Looks Fine. Sure, One End Taste Like 100% Beef, But The Other End Tastes Like Reconstituted Corn Meal. Well, You Know How It Is These Days, Doctor. It's Difficult To Make Both Ends Meat.
PhotoTrek Spoiler So, You're From An Alternate Universe? That's Right Captain. It's The Most Amazing Place. Really? Is It A Pretty Place? The Bluest Skies You've Ever Seen, And The Hills, The Greenest Green. Sounds Wonderful. What's It Like? It's Like A Beautiful Child, Growing Up Free and Wild, Full Of Hopes And Full Of Fears, Full Of Laughter And Full Of Tears, Full Of Dreams To Last The Years. He's Right. I've Seen It. It's A Different Reality. Another Reality, Eh? Hey! Then We Could Be . . . My Friend.
PhotoTrek Spoiler Captain, Scanners Show The Remains Of The U.S.S. Bert Lahr On The Planet Surface. Is She Intact? Mostly. Although The Craft Is Emanating Peculiar Vibrations And Sporadic Tremors. She Sounds Like A Nervous Wreck, Jim. Doctor, You May Leave The Bridge.
PhotoTrek Spoiler I'm Not Stupid, Mr. Spock. I Knew It Was Einstein Who Developed A Theory About Space. It Was About Time, Too, Doctor. Why? What Was The Rush?
PhotoTrek Spoiler Captain? There's An Anomalous Reading In The Ship's Chronometers. I'm Not Certain What Caused It. Is It Serious, Lieutenant? No Sir, But Onboard Chronometric Instruments Are Lagging By 4 Seconds When Compared To Pulsar Baseline Coordinated Galactic Time. And You've No Idea What Caused Us To Lose 4 Seconds Of Time? I'm Afraid Not, Sir. It's A Bit Of A Mystery. Maybe The Ship's Clocks Are Just Hungry, Sir. Hungry? What Do You Mean, Hungry? I Know When I'm Hungry, I Go Back Four Seconds.
