That has to be Megan Gallagher and... Jeff Yagher? He was Iden in "FLESH AND BLOOD", and she was in "BODY AND SOUL" as Jaryn. She was also in the DS9 episodes "INVASIVE PROCEDURES" and "LITTLE GREEN MEN", as Mareel and Nurse Garland. (I know it has to be Megan, and I figured it was who the lead guest actor is in that two-parter, because I frankly have no idea who she's married to.)
