N'awlins has been pretty messed up ever since Katrina. The city still hasn't recovered... As to guns in general. Remember, it isn't the gun that's at fault - you can kill with your bare fists or a simple rock or stick. The issue is anger management and how easy it is for the unstable/angry types to get guns.
