Has Kenneth Marshall the actor that played Eddington ever been to convention? Done any Trek related interviews or what not? I can't seem to find anything of such nature with him.

He is, without a doubt, the most elusive of DS9s recurring cast. He seems to be retired from acting. I thought I saw something about him teaching 5-10 years ago?
I was genuinely surprised to find out that he was the star of Krull. I really really liked Eddington and his delivery, but I thought the protagonist in Krull was easily the corniest thing in that movie (which is really saying something). I mean, I know Kenneth Marshall is one heck of an actor, but it goes to show how one performance shouldn't be judged by another.
