There is a sucker born every minute as they say, I have no sympathy these people. Alec is a good con man, that is his best skill.

For a one that has taken so much and delivered so little, it's only his indecorous nature that grants an indomitable spirit to leach on the goodwill of others.

Naw, he wants the Axanar faithful to think that the fundraiser is secretly for Axanar.

It's awesome. And it looks like a board game.

You're a pathetic LIAR!! (EDIT: ah, the post, not the poster...) Your post is a big fat lie!!
He has filmed the Warhammer Gaming day, I have personally seen the video. AND a tour within his warehouse for the IGG campaign. How can you say he has filmed NOTHING there?? Go away, hater!

But wasn't even able to cultivate it properly.

There is an element of that involved, even when someone denies they're the Messiah - and Alec is hardly denying it

“I say you are Lord, and I should know. I've followed a few.”

I suspect I'm allergic to Boomer. Sorry, Boomer; I'm sure you're a swell cat but cat dander allergies do not discriminate, I'm afraid.

Well, the Scotty dog for the obvious fluff appeal (although it's made of tin). My brother used to hog the racecar, so the associations are (ha, I slay me!) tarnished.

In one of the closed groups today Alec made a post admitting that they may not hit their goal for the IGG and hey are looking into other options for the studio and the sets and is going to have an announcement Thursday.

He definitely must not be liking the way this thing is going.

The best thing he could do is sell those sets at cost, or simply give them away. Give them to someone who could store them and allow the Axanar team to use them to film on when the time comes.

It certainly would have been unrealistic of him to have expected a hundred thousand more for a new venture after not delivering anything. So I think he's had a while to reflect on next steps with Mr. Bawden and whoever else is still on board.

It could be this campaign's main purpose has been ground cover to blame donors for "not stepping up and healing the damage from the lawsuit", therefore Axanar can't be finished (or "has to go on indefinite hold while alternatives are sought").
