    Great pic. Makes me wonder how well the TOS Enterprise could pull off being submerged underwater like the JJPrise did.

    Your thread title made me fear the Smithsonian had lost its mind. I'm thinking, they can't scrap it! At least offer it to the British Museum, or Dollywood, or something!

    Love the picture! :techman: Good to know the Enterprise will again hit the seas in 2025. I remember Cmdr. Stinger in "Top Gun" wearing a U.S.S. Enterprise hat. Wonder if any scenes were filmed on the actual ship. Anyone know?
