It's a tie between Sudor and Vorik. I wish they hadn't killed off Sudor. He was a very interesting character.
I'd go with Seska and Tal Celes although I really liked all three of the ensigns in "Good Shepherd". I think it would have been cool if they had followed up on the junior officers kind of like they did on TNG with Ogawa and that Bajoran girl who was killed in the black ops mission.
Another vote for Icheb. He had a little bit of complexity to him -- angty backstory plus youthful energy and basic good humor -- and was very well played.
Q Junior, or Quinn. Although they only appeared in one episode each For a recurring charatcer, I'd maybe say Icheb (or Itchy as Q-Ball would call him )
^ Q Junior was in two episodes - once as an infant ('The Q and the Gray') and once as a teenager (played by Keegan de Lancie).
Keegan De Lancie wasn't bad, actually. The episode wasn't great (poor writing), but he was a chip off the old block. It's a pity we didn't see him, or John, ever again.
Hard to say ... I liked so much but unfortunately they killed most of them after they got speaking parts.
Can we count in Ayala cause im my opinion he should have had been made a speaking recurring character, seemed to get on well with everyone regardless tof weather they were Maquis or Starfleet, Which begs the question as to why Ayala joined the maquis in the first place. Also now that I think about it I think Ayala should've been cast in the Voyager game Elite Force as maybe the main character or as part of the Elite Squad.
I go for Samantha Wildman...although we have only seen her a few times. She was a really good character to be a Science Officer.
The Delaney twins, I forgot about them! I liked the future Borg One. He had the cool body shield and personal space violator attack. I liked the concept of a drone from the 29th century. Lon was good too. Anyone crazy gets a vote from me.
