Well there will be a big bad of some sort I believe, played by Elizabeth Mitchell. She just hasn't been introduced yet.
Last night's episode had the show's best ratings in nearly 2 years thanks to the Frozen hype! Nice! http://tvline.com/2014/09/29/once-upon-a-time-season-4-premiere-ratings/ http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/20...time-opening-at-nearly-two-year-highs/307869/ http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/20...-premieres-down-madam-secretary-falls/307745/ http://www.tvmediainsights.com/forum/topic/sunday-92814/
Heh, at this rate ABC just might decide to make them full time characters. Or do a Frozen spinoff show. Lol
They might keep some of the Frozen characters around, you never know. And I too love the idea of who is the writer of the book, what a great idea to bring back to the show.
Just finished the Episode. Unlike the rest of you I was a bit disappointed. Major parts felt like a rip-off of different Disney movies. I know that OUAT did similar things in the past but it was a bit too much now for my taste. I liked Regina's storyarch though and I'm still hoping that she won't become evil again. The shot of her and Emma with the door between them was my favorite moment, too.
She already chose not to become evil by not murdering Marianne. It's just a question of when she finds the author, what exactly the consequences are for everyone else if Regina gets her own happily ever after, and if she's willing to pay it. Killing Marianne last week, might turn out to be the less evil option than the set of choices she'll ave to weigh next week.
The book existed months before August got his hands on it and added his story to it, so, no, he didn't write it. It first showed up in Snow's closet in October 2011 (3 weeks before the events of the Pilot, to be precise), and he didn't arrive in Storybrooke until early 2012.
Sunday Final Ratings: Once Upon A Time adjusted up to 3.7/10 demo rating, 10.20 million viewers http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/20...g-increases-in-final-national-ratings/308937/ Awesome! The ratings went up.
Last Sunday's episode rating is the biggest rating since the season 2 premiere. It also beat the ratings of 14 of the 22 episodes from the first season! That's how massive it was! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Once_Upon_a_Time_episodes I wonder how much the numbers are being powered by the kids that love Frozen that are watching the show with their parents for the first time? The kids don't count in the demo ratings, but the parents certainly do.
I noticed a few weeks back, Frozen was available on On Demand for Starz or Encore or something. I'll have to check if it's still there, as I'm one of those few who haven't seen it yet.
Probably have to ask her: [yt]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XomH-7ahFng[/yt] You're in good company. My sister who's a faithful OUAT watcher hasn't seen it yet either.
The newest episode had a 3.7 demo rating Checking the ratings of the entire series, looks like this episode is the sixth highest OUAT episode ever in the demo ratings (the only ratings advertisers care about). It tied the eighth episode from the first season.
I haven't seen Frozen because I don't want to hear "Let It Go!" but I really enjoyed the premiere episode a lot and so far the ice queen isn't related to anyone in the main cast. The show's ratings nosed rived in season 2! Must be midseason thing!
I broke down and finally watched Frozen a few months ago, after the Once storyline was announced. Thought it was actually pretty good... although I'm having trouble understanding why it's become the mammoth hit it's become, since the story doesn't seem all that original or groundbreaking. Unless it all really does just come down to kids loving the funny little snowman character.
