Hey there, my group project for class involves the topic of "eco" vehicles, mainly hybrid and electric but other ideas - such as hydrogen, or ultra-small gas powered vehicles - works too. Here are the questions:

    1. If you were looking to buy a new "eco friendly" car, what attributes (or features) would you care about the most? (list at least 5 features).

    2. Which cars would you look at?

    Thanks!

    2. range
    3. "fuel" economy
    4. purchase price
    5. environmental impact (including construction methods)

Any car that looked sexy. I hate hybrids/electrics that try not to look like cars (Prius is ugly)

You don't need all wheel drive for winter driving. Good winter tires and little bit of common sense is all you need.

Well it all depends on where you live.

In the UK you would have all year round tryes.

Here (Finland) two sets of tires are practically a must. You could use winter tires during summer periods, but winter tires are not that good if there's water on the road. Unless you like aquaplaning. And I have studded tires for winter. Can't use those during summer.

Which is my point, in some countries you need summer and winter tyres in others an all year round tyre will do.

If anyone is interested in taking the eco cars survey, we've posted it here.

Don't worry if you don't really know the right answers, this is just a school project, won't have any real world application. :D
