Thanks everyone...I will try to point out the elements from TOS (I think everyone knows) in my next post. I should have more soon.

All it would need is to get an interior designer to come up with an updated version of the bridge which would match:)

Very nice graphics! Nice to see something completely original as well. :techman:

It looks like you used close to the same palette as the original bridge graphics, only with muted colors. Did you mute the colors on purpose here? Also, did you try to see how it would look if you used narrow fonts for everything, rather than the wide on the labels and the narrow in just the "title block" area? I'm just thinking that wide fonts say "movie era" to me, while most of the TOS stuff we've seen has narrow fonts.

In any case, nice work, looking forward to seeing more!

Yes I did mute the colors, they will light up a little when pressed. As for the font, I will be posting a small sample of the graphics with all the Graphic fonts used on star Trek. Just a note..Corporate Condensed was used on TOS graphics seen in TNG/DS9/ENT

    Thanks!

Hey everyone..all new backlits that I am working on! Lots of Photos (Large photos too) (All graphics are backlit in the photos)

This one..I made from the photos from IAW. I wanted this graphic, but did not have $1000 to get it. :/
(Sorry about the detail, when you export from Illustrator at that small size..everything is smash together. The center core and text looks a lot better on larger photos.)

Hello all - new member here.
    I am James in California.

I bought the STAR TREK: VOY “U.S.S. VOYAGER – WARP CORE LCARS PANEL” you may have seen on eBay recently. Now I am in search of what to use in the panels right end where there was some kind of monitor when used on the show. I plan to create a large dislay with the panel and have lights and sounds inside. The opening is just under 13inches so I assume that a 13inch LCD would be the best choice.

That leaves me with.......What do I display there?

    Any info is appreciated.

I just now saw your post...........sorry to win the item, but I REALLY REALLY wanted it and bid....let's say - A LOT more than I paid for it.

I will post pics of it in the future for anyone that wants details.

I'll be over to IAW tomorrow to pick up some props I won, but this one is not in that group.

I wish I had known about these auctions from the start....I would have even more debt:lol:

    Mr. Ralat,

Would you (pretty please with sugar on top,) do a "First Contact"-Era LCARS of a re-commissioned "Mothball Fleet" vessel called the "Valhalla-Class" from "Star Trek: Sedition", (otherwise known as the U.S.S. Phobos by Lt. Kevin Riley)?

Am I missing a tab or a different way to view the blueprints? I only see them in a window that takes up about 1/2 of my browser space. The printing is way too small to see, in addition to the pictures.

That's amazing. Ive always wanted A back lit panel like that hanging in my house. Ive seen a couple prints on ebay and I've been tempted but there always small and Im not sure if there good to back light. I would love some suggestions on how to go about getting one of these done or where to get prints. Great job man!

This is what I get for not having subscribed to this all along... now I have to play catch-up. Not that I mind. Lot of eye candy.

This is really awesome. I know this is older, but looking at it, I got the feeling that the central tower in the mushroom part goes down too far. I may be wrong, but have a look at this and see what you think:

So, basically the lower half of the upper mushroom would probably just have a cylinder and the docks appear to be 90% in the upper half, see what I mean? If you just squish what you have there and add a little more cylinder, I'd call it fixed.

A minor nitpick, really though. :)

I really love the way you mixed the ENT style with the TOS-inspired colors.

I'm eagerly awaiting an update to this. :D

You did a much better job than what we've seen from the film so far, IMHO. :D
