Actor's probably wanting to move added to rising costs is likely. Like how they plan to keep the universe alive and would bet good money you will eventually hear talk for a movie. Jason

Well they aren't filming till summer.......so it probably won't air until LATE 2021 or 2022......and they KNOW they are ending, so it should be all wrapped up nicely!
Its probably a covid restriction, But Meredith has been in a covid coma most of this season dreaming that she's on a beach talking to dead people. Grey's Anatomy may continue, but Ellen Pompei is at her wits end. I think they had to give her 20 million to stay this time. They had to fire some lesbians to pay for that. Just for a change of Pace, maybe Shonda can send Ellen over for a couple episodes of Bridgerton season 2?
It doesn't help that she can't act her way out a wet paper bag. One of those actors/actresses that somehow keeps making it work in the industry.
There's a rumor that Mark Harmon was going to quit NCIS when his contract was up but then changed his mind when told the show would be canceled without him because he doesn't want to put anyone else out of a job. He might have a reduced role next season.
It's still on? Giving Supernatural a run I see but unlike that show they didn't get to keep their stars around for a decade and half. Jason
Katherine Heigl must be really kicking herself. There was a time her character was the most popular on Grey's Anatomy, but she pushed to get out of her contract for a movie career that failed to materialize. Her leaving was really ugly too, I think she even tried to come back at one point and was told "no way." Meanwhile, all these years later Grey's is still chugging along.
The boy Doctor who's been there since the beginning left the show and his Tombraider Wife, last year because he found out that Heigel gave birth to his kid 5 years ago and forgot to tell him. Using the character while the actress is still non gratis.
Saw this on Twitter (via retweet from one of my local PBS stations): Frankie Drake Mysteries season four will be it's final season.
I wasn't even aware it was still on. In Canada, it was developed after the huge success of Murdoch Mysteries, but never received quite as much publicity and I had stopped noticing it.
