Thanks Al, sorry, but it has been a loooong day. I haven't had a lot of time for the net thingy.

    Here's the gist.............

    Don't be afraid of it.

    It wont hurt you.

You can buy the cheap stuff anywhere.

    Read the label.

I'm not making light of it, or anyone, it's just not that hard. You are going to make mistakes, you are going to F up, everyone does. It's a learning process. So what? You screw up? Big deal! Keep trying.

Simple rule.... Read the label. That's it! I had never worked with this stuff in my life....... and I did it!

I'm NOT someone special!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How many exclamation points can I put behind that? LOL I'm not, really. I'm just a guy. A guy like you. I never had any training in this. Despite what some may tell you.

I just read the freakin label. I'm not going to apologise for my statements from now on. I'm just callin it like I see it.

    We're all grown ups, right?

Here's the deal. There are a lot of people that don't want me to tell you this, how easy it is. They have hounded me for a year! They want you to keep paying them!!!! They want your money! That's it!

    That's all it's about.

I'll be right back with some pics..... I mean literally, from now I'll be back in minutes.

    Here you go.

To the left you see Bondo. you can buy this at any WallMart, for about $6.00, below that, you see the hardener, that comes with it. To the right of that, you see a can of fiberglass resin, this is the cheap stuff, but it's great for beginning. To the right of that, you see a mix, it's fiberglass resin patch. You can use this for anything from patching fiberglass tubs, to fixing boats, to doing what I'm doing.......... Makin stuff.

None of this is special, you can buy it at Wall Mart, Lowe's, Home Depot.... and so on....

You have to play with it. In other words, you have to NOT be afraid of it and you have to read the label and toy with it.

SAFETY notice, "read the label." The label will tell you that you have to have an open, ventillated place.... etc... I'm going to tell you the same thing....over and over and over..

Don't buy it, build it. Don't talk about it, do it!

Just a quickie update to let all concerned know that this is moving forward and that I will have updates soon. Sorry for the delay, but real life and other issues have taken precedence.

    Keep on Trekkin!

This has been my most recent project. I've been trying to get it finished before the rains come and we just finished the outside today. OT, but relevant to the delay.
