    Gene "Saved Ferris" from dying in an auto accident, not knowing Ferris would later delay the entry of a country into a world war with calamitous results.

    from "The FerrisWheel Keeps Turning on the Edge of Forever" written by Cameron Harriman (who knows both Ferris and Kirk, not that anybody should give a Ruck about that.)
