What single Star Trek moments have become most embedded in pop culture, to the point where even somebody who's never seen the original source has likely encountered it dozens of times? I'm not talking about memes where the content has relatively little to do with the original context (like the Kirk "I can't hear you over the sound of how awesome I am" meme, or the "Picard facepalm" where the original meaning has actually been changed), but moments that survived the meme-ifying process (yes, I know that isn't a word) with their original content and context unscathed. The first two that I can think of are: KHAAAAAAAAAN! and IT'S A FAAAAAKE! Any others?
I think "Beam me up" and the Borg greeting/attitude ("Resistance is futile. You will be assimilated.") are the two memes, if you want to call them that, that I hear/see referenced most outside of the fandom.
While not a direct quote, "fully functional." Which oddly enough has become something of a standard in transsexual prostitution advertisements.
The non-quote "Beam me up Scotty" went viral as bumper stickers, car window signs, etc., long before there was an internet. Though that may be before the realm of existence for some people.
The context of that one is usually intended to be different, though. I agree with Sran that I see "The Line Must Be Drawn Hee-YAH! No Further!!" around quite often.
"Beam me up, Scotty!" is pretty widely known. It's not a Star Trek moment per se, because it's not an actual line of dialog, but it faithful idealizes a great many actual Star Trek moments. (ninja'd by Melakon) I saw a "THERE ARE FOUR <whatevers>" last week in a random place on the web; Trek fans must really get around. "To boldly go"/"where no man has gone before," from the opening theme (of the original) are pretty widely known. "Live long and prosper," especially with a Vulcan salute, is fairly recognizable. Take you pick for which scene it's from, although I think every time it's used, someone's name is included or there's some other variation in wordage. The fight music from "Amok Time," though it's pretty niche-y, like a lot of this stuff. Does "RESISTANCE IS FUTILE" get around?
I saw "Resistance is Futile" at Chili's on Saturday. Their interactive at-table device was using that to describe one of their desserts.
During the 'baby on board' craze of the mid-80s, I had one of those 'Beam me up Scotty' designs in the back window. And a "To boldly go thataway" bumper sticker.
Picard and his poetry reading to Lwaxana stems a lot of service industry memes. I see it nearly on a daily basis.
Riker's beard is a meme unto itself. I see a lot more memes of Annoyed Picard raising his hand in anger, but it's from the same scene just taken out of context.
I love South Park's take on it. Mirror Cartman is bearded do-gooder. Which means that our Cartman is the evil duplicate after all.
Yeah. Well, that show has proven itself generally brilliant. South Park also used "Pike in the wheelchair" going beep-beep (in the form of Miss Claridge), which only increases recognition of it. And that reminds me of yet another: the redshirt. Granted these aren't specific moments, but with respect to the redshirt, just take your pick from any season.
It's the equivalent of "Me Tarzan, you Jane," or "Play it again, Sam," or "Elementary, my dear Watson," non-quotes that everybody misremembers.

Although as Melakon said, part of the reason the Star Trek non-quote is so widely known is because it was marketed on bumper stickers, etc., as Trekkie paraphernalia way back in the ancient times of the 20th century, circa the 1980s. The bumper stickers, T-shirts, etc. came with an extra punchline (with variations in punctuation): "Beam me up, Scotty! There's no intelligent life down here."It's still marketed on merchandise today, and you can see samples by just Googling the full phrase!
