An overstretched, oversized and old grey and white Faroese knitted jumper over my usual bedtime clothes tonight. I'm cold.

(No, it isn't like Sarah Lund's jumper. I want a jumper like hers one day.)

1940's and 50's clothes might fit you well, too.

I do very much like the full and A-line skirt looks, as you've probably seen. And my nicer dresses are all vintage pinup style. I also like high-waisted trousers, which apparently aren't supposed to look good on me since I have a short torso, but I think they're flattering. I think some women get trapped a bit by supposed fashion rules (don't wear horizontal stripes if you're short, don't wear skinny jeans if you're chubby, don't wear tight clothes if you're fat, etc). I like seeing people break them and have fun with what they're wearing.

Well, Rita couldn't have it all right.

And, it's not actually silver on the bracelet, it's tin. It's of traditional design from the Nordic Same people, and they used tin for a lot of things. But the design is traditional Same design and the little button on it is reindeer horn.

Right now, wearing my ratty yoga pants, an old pink V-neck t-shirt and white athletic socks. I know, I'm dreadfully boring. But in a little bit, I intend to wear nothing as I want to get a soak in the tub.

Hi all, I made it back here after a busy work week. So the last couple of days, it was just either work uniform with jeans or random shirts, again, with jeans and black long sleeves.

Today, I'm too lazy to first tidy up the bathroom, so no selfie here. But, I did manage to find the retail picture of the sweater I'm wearing:

It's by Zoe Karssen, I just love her label. It's so much fun! I really want this other sweater too that says: "Missing Unicorn stolen" with this nice print of a unicorn.

with that I'm wearing my regular jewelry, a black long sleeve and a pair of jeans. For my manicure I'm wearing 'Alcatraz... Rocks." by OPI eye (a sparkly blue/purple with mat finish, so lovely!) Usually I wear something a bit more colorful with this sweater, but I didn't feel like redoing my nails, sooo... ^^


I see I missed a lot of colorful outfits when I was gone. Love them all! Keep up the good work people!
