I think the Swon Brothers, Sasha Allen and Michelle Chamuel all had fantastic performances today.

Based on my ratings of their four songs in the live round:

    Sasha Allen 37/40
    Michelle Chamuel 34/40
    Judith Hill 33/40
    Swon Brothers 30/40
    Sarah Simmons 28/40
    Amber Carrington 24/40
    Holly Tucker 23/40
    Danielle Bradbery 16/40

And Danielle Bradbery is going to win. *sigh*

I'm going to go ten-vote Sasha Allen, Michelle Chamuel and the Swons.

I think Amber Carrington, Holly Tucker and Sarah Simmons are most vulnerable this week, but would not be surprised to see the Swons or Sasha Allen go either.

First verse sounded a little rough, did she screw up the lyrics or something? It was off. It wasn't bad though, just not an especially great fit for her. Adam might have been setting her up to take the fall this week since she probably doesn't have much chance at winning.

They really butchered many songs this week. I am not a fan of country music so none of Blake's singers have been interesting to me thus far. Sarah's rock growl just doesn't fit with Somebody That I Used To Know. Michelle's Grenade... hate to say this but Amy did it much better on The Sing-Off.

I noticed the audio quality was overall a lot better this week. Sounds like they might be doing some live processing on the vocals now to really pump up the wow factor.

I thought everything was great this week really. 'Somebody...' was a bit of a weak spot, but everyone was in good form, particularly considering how comparably weak this season has been as a whole.

Last night wasn't bad. Michelle Chamuel continues to be the only performer that really captivates me. I thought that Judith Hill and Danielle Bradbery had good performances as well. The rest didn't really catch my attention, though they weren't terrible. At the bottom of my list are Amber Carrington, Holly Tucker, and Sarah Simmons.

The Swon brothers are strange for me. They aren't bad by any means, but I don't really understand why they are popular. I enjoy country music, so it's not that. They just choose really boring songs and we usually hear their background singers more than them. They seem like nice guys but their performances are not interesting to me. I'm really surprised they've made it so far.

    It's been a weird season.

Danielle Bradbery continues to out-bland herself. This time she does it with a song that's about how modern times are stupid n stuff and things were so much better in the 50s.

This might be the worst reality show voting audience since every season of Last Comic Standing.

I respectfully disagree about the voting. The two singers that I wanted to go home, went home.

Sarah was decent, but that song is one of my favorites and she just did it a total disservice. Judith has talent, but she has no personality and no flair. And a Bieber song?

Out of my list of artists who would make it to the finals, only Michelle is left. Either I have no idea how americans think, or the remaining artists are pretty evenly matched in popularity that the bottom two are almost a random choice.

I'm not surprised that Sarah and Judith were voted out... but I am surprised that one of them went out before The Swon Brothers or Holly Tucker. I'll be honest -- didn't understand The Swon Brothers making it to the live rounds, but once they got there they improved and impressed me. Still don't have a shot of winning it all though. Holly seemed like a lock to be eliminated next week.

If they do a final three like they did last year, I suspect it will be Danielle, Amber and Michelle.

I am completely shocked that Judith went home. Besides Michelle, I felt that she was the only one that rose above the rest. My mom even said to me right before tonight's show that they might as well just quit and give the whole thing to Judith because she is clearly the front runner. And now she's gone, over Holly Tucker? That's just insane. This season just keeps getting worse every week.

Judith is probably better off for it. Went out there, showed off what she can do, made some more connections and didn't get stuck in a crappy contract.

Very true, the winners aren't usually the ones who go on to have the best careers. I think she will be successful on her own. I feel that her absence will hurt the show though, as there are slim pickings from the folks we've got left. I keep waiting for that "breakout performance," as the judges like to call it, where somebody does something amazing and I start to really root for them, but it hasn't happened yet...with only a couple of weeks left, I don't think it will this year.

So I guess everyone lost interest this week? I thought there were actually many very good performances this week, more than usual. Michelle, Sasha, Danielle, and even Amber stood out to me as having at least one great song on Monday night. I wasn't surprised at all by Tuesday's results. I feel like the Swon brothers will probably be the next to go.

I didn't watch last week because it seemed at the time like Danielle Bradbery was obviously going to win. But now that Michelle Chamuel got the top 10 iTunes bonus last week and she didn't, I'm back in, because there now exists a chance somebody besides Blandbery might win.

Danielle Blandbery is this season's Dat Phan. The inoffensive self-consciously middle of the road schmaltz machine cultural stereotype everybody finds adorable.

Her next song choice will probably be 'Dang the good old days were so much better'.

I miss Holly's departure, but at this point, it was really either her or the Swon Brothers.

I like that they gave the skinny Swon a bit of time to shine this week, even if he did screw it up. It isn't much of a duo if one guy is clearly the lead.

This is funny, because I thought the skinny guy was clearly the lead! The other guy just plays guitar most of the time.

Naw, the chubby guy sings almost all the lead stuff (at least, when they aren't singing it together), skinny comes in for the harmonies and chorus stuff and does very little on his lonesome. He is prettier though, so I can see why you might pay more attention to him.

To be honest in the past couple of weeks I've barely paid attention to their performances, it's on in the background but they are fairly boring to me to watch. I think the skinnier guy just has a more high pitched voice so it stands out more over the music.

My attention has shifted to The Voice UK. They just had their knockout rounds. There's no amazing singer like Judith Hill, but so far most of the UK singers are better than their american counterparts.
