What do you think would happen to them? We all know Spock would probably see a LOT of incredible things if the Doctor let him, but do you think anything ELSE might happen?

What would happen is whatever the scriptwriter wanted to happen.

If the writer wanted Spock to get the complete knowledge of the Time Lords, then he would. If the writer wanted Spock to go insane from the huge amount of information pouring into his head, then he would.
