Short-Haired Women are Sexy

Short hair on women?
I found an old video by Jane Weidlin on youtube the other night ....hubba hubba.:techman:

Girls, don't fight. Why argue over Alan Rickman, when you can have me? ;)

Unfortunately, I'd be accused of robbing the cradle if I went after you instead. ;)

Isn't the obsession with Rickman for most women all about the voice?

How's your voice, iggy? Can you live up? ;)

ETA: And I, for one, don't worry at all about an older woman "cradle robbing" me. By all means, rob, plunder, and steal.

I forgot............ accents.:adore:

Also, I get why you guys see women with short hair as more confident. It really does seem that way. Because not every woman can pull off a short haircut. :p

1. In a male, a receding hairline is something I find attractive. Not the bald spot at the back but the hair receding at the front. Yes I know this is something you can't do anything about, it's just something I've noticed over the years, that it is attractive to me.

2. Also in a male I like the slightly fattish look, Jack Black style. I don't like it exclusively, it's just something I've noticed is quite attractive on some men with some personalities.

I would be two for two on this scale.

I only fit #2, but give me time on #1, I'll probably come through.

A good sense of humor is paramount.
But, unfortunately, not universal. ;)
Am I the only one who thinks breasts and butts are kind of overrated? Don't get me wrong, I certainly like them and find them sexy, but some women seem to think men won't even date them unless they have huge boobs and a big ass.
Big, medium, small -- I really don't care as long as they're real. Don't even get me started on boob implants. Better flat than fake, I always say.

hmm... thread has turned into "what do you like" rather than "what do you like that is outside of the mainstream".

Personality aside I think most men are quite unattractive. Sometimes I'm sitting on a train and I look around and it hits me.. every man on this train from the uni student to the old guy is completely ugly. The older I've gotten the more I've realized how much I prefer my own gender. I think most women look good.

The short hair thing meaning confidence is interesting because I have known many misogynists who do not like women in short hair at all. I think some males are threatened by it. I think it's a great look on the right woman though, some women look just incredible with short hair. I've never had short hair myself.. always felt like it wasn't right for me.

For me the emotional associations are so strong, in fact, that when I tried to grow my hair out it actually contributed to me falling into a deeply depressive state. I had thought it'd be fun to have long hair again, when I was a teenager my hair hung to my knees, thick and healthy all the way down. When I was 19 I cropped it into a bob, a variation of which I've had for the past 9 years. Then, about 8 months ago I thought, why not grow it out again while I'm still able to grow such a spectacular mane? It got just past my shoulders when I woke up one morning and realized how much I hated it. That afternoon I went to the salon and got a pixie cut. It stunned me how tangible the change in my mood was; as 6 inch chunks were hacked off I could feel a burden lifting off of me. It's completely irrational, but utterly true.

Besides, I look great with a pixie cut. :D

^Yes you do. :) And I totally understand. I've tried myself to have longer hair, but I just can't do it. I think it differs from person to person. My brother had shoulder length hair from age eight to seventeen, and then cut it off. Now he's flummoxed how he ever managed to have such a mane in the first place.

I fit #2, but since I'm bald I have to disqualify myself from #1. :D

And I have felt a LOT better since I went bald (it's been 7 years now). I hate how I look with hair. That definitely affected my mood. Now that I lost the hair, I feel so much better.

I've been getting mine cut a bit shorter every time, just another inch. It's still below my shoulders but I'm never having the whole long hair thing again, where it plummets down your back. I do envy the pixie cut, the anime cuts, all those hot cute cuts some women can pull off..but for me there would be an element of playing dress ups if I did that. I have to be content to admire from afar.

Don't care for skinny--models and waifs not much; not attracted to overweight usually; not into girls who look 12 years old. Generally like fit, athletic or beyond. Curves are good too.

RAMA

I do find overly muscular women a turnoff. I like soft curves and an hourglass figure. Omnomnom.

Still, I never rule anything out. :shifty:
