Looks good, MadMan! I had toyed around with putting the mouth on the underside of the saucer myself for Father Rob's commission, but I could never get it to look quite right. However, yours looks just about perfect!

Sometimes I wish I had more time to learn 3D to bring my own toon ships into that medium, but I think I'm good with 2D for now.

Hey Everybody...

Well, as I had mentioned in my other thread a while back, I've really been wanting to make this . We found out last Monday that we're going to be having a little boy, so I knew it was time to get started.

I'm going to be making two huge movie sized posters to go up in the new nursery... but I wanted to go on and show you guys. As far as I know, there's not really anything like this out there.

Basically, It's the starship Lightning McQueen.

What do you guys think? I'll be making a Klingon ship Inspired by Tow-Mater next.

Thanks. the mouth being down there is kind of weird, because of the slope backwards... unfortunately, the only angle where it looks right is from the front. Of course, that's the only angle I was worried about, anyway.

More later... planning to start some more stuff tonight. Got delayed yesterday.

Well, finished Mater tonight. I did cheat, and used one of my really old Klingon ships as the body, but oh well.
