Marvel's "Fear Itself"

^ Looking forward to that. If people have a problem with "Fear It's Self" boy are they gonna hate "Age of X" which of course is Marvel's big X-Men event. "Flashpoint" and "Muliversity" from DC.

Sounds like the Front Line thing they've been doing since Civil War. I never found that interesting personally but I appreciate the idea.

Front Line introduced my favorite new character who has become part of Spider-Man's supporting characters, Norah Winters. Yes the article did say it is similar to Civil War: Front Line and the Secret Invasion street level books they did.

Oh, she's from that series? I've only known from the ASM comics, I thought she was introduced there.

New teaser.

Vampires? Really? I managed to completely avoid "Curse of the Mutants" without problems, but it looks like this event has parked itself right in my way. I knew that Dracula was going to play a part, but in general I am in near complete vampire overload. (Buffy S8 being the exception, and those who read S8 have realized that there weren't really a lot of evil vamps to be seen in S8.)

^ I was about to post that lol. It is kind of surprising they're involved but it seems Curse was just a set up story...and a bad one at that.

At least the shadowy vampire figure doesn't look as stupid as the Dracula that was running around X-Men this year. A long white pony-tail? Giant earrings? Weird-ass costume? Gack!

That story looks like it features the Invaders and is set in WW2, so he might be in it without being in it - if you follow me...

The article does have the heading "Find Out How Fear It's Self Begins" so yes if we take your line of thought to it's logical conclusion it's possible Red Skull triggers this thing all the way back in WWII.

That teaser image is full of "one of these things is not like the other."

Really Grey Gargoyle reaching for The hammer?

I think I'm just going to stick with the main series, and maybe Book of the Skull. Not interested in any of the other tie-ins.
