I want the poop to come out!!

Just when I thought the world of anthropomorphic feces was limited to the work of our favorite animation duo I am both humbled and reminded to never take Japanese elementary school posters for granted.

At first I didn't know what it was, a happy blob of something on the poster outside the Principal's office at my elementary school, possibly a swirl of chocolate ice cream working its way through a dispenser. Upon further investigation...

こう門 (koumon)- most certainly means butthole. I was interested to learn this also means "back gate."
うんち出したい! (unchi dashitai)- according to my dictionary, translates as "I want the poop to come out!"
ぎゅう (kyuu, kyuu) - is the Japanese mock sound for something squeezing through something.

Wow! I learned something today O_O

I assume that it's instructing very young kids when then should ask the teacher if they can go to the toilet rather than pooping their pants.

^ that's what my brain does after the 1st smoke of the day. If I'm not within 20 paces of a bog then I'm in trouble.

I'm sort of disturbed that I now know the Japanese word for butthole. I don't think I'm anywhere near conversation level though.

Just showed the pic to a guy at my work who's wife is Japanese. He has a basic grasp of the language and says the speech buuble coming from the brain reads 'I need to shit'. He said he would need to show his missus to get a full translation.

I like how the sphincter looks like a happy bunny rabbit. That's going to fuck me up for a while.

just when I thought I had seen it all on Engrish...A new champion emerges, in fact I think that poster has traveled back in time and ruined my innocence...

Basically yeah.

うんち出したい! (unchi dashitai)
unchi = poop
dasu = dictionary form "to put out"
dashitai = conjugation of the verb to its "want to" form

Literally = Poop [get out] want.

I want to get out the poop. AKA. I need to shit.

Of course, "unchi" is a colloquialism and I'm told the most direct translation could be "shit," but it doesn't seem to carry the same negative "curse word" connotation that it has in the states unless it is specifically used that way.
