I must have missed something as I can't quite figure out how this situation has escalated to this point.

There was a Mutant Registration Act... or something.

But Colonel One-Eye was using as a front to capture and trap superheroes. Clark found the prison and destroyed it resulting it One Eye's losing an Eye. (This becoming One Eye.) Now, it seems, between that and some people claiming Ollie kicked some dude's ass now Nazis are here and Future Guy is going to come and kill us.

Or something.

I may have missed something too.

Wait a minute, now I'm confused. Just how many eyes did One-Eye have to begin with?
