Any movie whose story centers around the use and abuse of mind-altering and addictive substances. The films can range from classic drama to schlock exploitation.

Entries may be submitted any time before midnight Monday PST.

Standard rule for images — no more than 140 pixels square and 70k maximum file size.

So, let’s get cracking (no pun intended).

Breaking Bad is a movie now? 'cause if tv shows are allowed, I have a few other ideas!

Pssh, since when have these contests been limited to ONLY movies? This is the "TV/Media" forum after all.

Yeah, it is, but the contest runner can set limitations (as has been done in other contests). From the OP -

I’ll allow TV programs, as long as the situation involves getting drunk, stoned, high, hammered or wasted. After all, we’re just having fun here, right?

Viral videos are acceptable as well, if they’ve garnered sufficient notoriety.

I'd say Cheers is closer to the theme than Animal House.

And I'll enter this oldie:

I like the Animal House pic because of my bias toward attractive young women undressing. Also because Mary Louise Weller, the actress who played Mandy Pepperidge, is my second cousin (on my paternal grandmother’s side). But I agree with you, the Cheers one is more directly pertinent to the contest theme.
