So I guess Clark told her he's an alien, and not a meteor freak, so she knows everything now, very cool.
 
Lois: "You ran over a nail in the road. You'd think your super-senses would've detected that."

Clark: "Wrong franchise."
 
Why does Clark have to go get it fixed, didn't he just put the spare on? I don't understand why he had to go right then.
 
This episode is already annoying me.

Is there any reason Clark can't run and anywhere in the country, buy two new tires, come back and put them on the car in the flash like he's running out to fetch some MAPLE SYRUP!
 
I did like the bit with Lois asking him about previous episodes.

I'm sure these moonbeam hicks have krptonite...

There are two flats and only one spare. The spare is also most likely a donut-spare and thus pretty much as useless as Clark seems to be.

That's right. I just said Clark is as useful as a donut spare.
