I suspect that you're right about Telford and his spitting friends. I can't see them writing off LDP in that manner.

Well, I missed the first 19 minutes, but overall this was a pretty decent effort. The music montage at the end really messed up the mood though. The aliens were good looking, but they really didn't do shit.
She has some great legs though
Bored Bored Bored! Ive been waiting for this episode and finally i get to see it and then nothing happens. All we found out was 1. It has gates on this ship. 2. we can take power from ship and give it to destiny. 3. Aliens on that ship.
Thats it. I already knew that before i watched the dam show. An whole hour of nothing happening. I cant beleive this. U finally find a gate seeder ship and learn NOTHING! And we Do NOTHING with it. And then find aliens that DO NOTHING and we learned NOTHING about them.
I swear more stuff happened in an episode of Atlantis than happens half the season here.
Sorry put im pissed. I wanted them to explore and learn stuff and learn about those aliens. Hell look at the ratings, they need something to hook people to this show. But you spend an hour taken power from Seeder ship to Destiny, deal with boring LA plot, dealing with Young being an a$$ to everyone and looky aliens that we wont learn a thing about.
Im done. I tried and tried to really like this show, but its so god dam slow and boring and there is no one on this show i give a dam about. I was hopeing they could connect the Gate with the power and send them all home. I be happy with 12 crew members or less.

They are beating around the bush with the exploration. I have faith that it will get better, the writers are certainly competent, they just need to get the priorities straight this season and next (chances are there will be a season 3) so that the show gets a multiseason contract instead of a seasonal one.
I was thinking about that, this would have been an excellent opportunity to weed out some people, they could have had it connect, but only a handful of people get through before it just shuts down. Would have been better.
