I'll be tuning in. I'm curious as to how this show will turn on. It's not ever going to be a big hit, but it could be something decent to DVR and watch on the weekend. I hope it didn't take a big dip in quality by having the mockumentary aspects removed.

Hopefully that didn't fuck up the show. It looks good. We need a gritty cop show on tv now. It seems like every cop show is slick and breezy. Where's the grit a la NYPD Blue? I love cop shows and enjoy most of the current ones but it would be nice to have a change of pace.

The US version of Life on Mars (which also starred Michael Imperioli - in fact I liked it so much I will *always* think 'Ray Carling' whenever MI's name is mentioned) was a start. But then of course that got it cancelled.

It's surprising how old Michael is considering how "young" it seems Christopher on Sopranos was supposed to be.

Um... wow. I've watched almost all the new shows this season and the first 11 minutes of this were boring. Everything has managed to capture my attention except this. It's no better than The Forgotten so far.

I'm about half-way through it on Time-Shift and I sort-of like it. It's got a "gritty" almost "Cops-Like" style to it. And, after starting The Sopranos recently, I'm a fan of Michael Imperioli's and so-far I like him in this show. His partner needs to be capped though. ;)

The show is getting ripped apart on Twitter by people actually in Detroit. Apparently nobody has gold teeth or says soda.

I like this show as well. It's a little bit different and I like the setting of Detroit (rather than NYC or LA again). I'd like a little more character development and a little less cookie-cutter police procedural, but that may come in future episodes. For now, I'll stick with this show. I give it a Good.

I also liked the beeped-out swearing. Different way of being gritty on a network channel.

Also, the ending was surprising. Didn't expect that to happen.

I'm going to say bad for this one, but I'm going to tune in next week and see what they can do with actual production in Detroit what it will be like without having to be heavily edited.

Does it really matter if they say soda? That's not important.

And why can't a guy have gold teeth? People will find anything to complain about...

I don't know if it's important but nobody says soda here. Or puts ketchup on Coney's...

What?! TV shows screwing up regional peculiarities?! No way!

Well, I thought it was pretty good and will check it out again next week. I think it could be a decent series if it finds some footing.

Just found him annoying and stupid. I mean, he never considered maybe having his phone with a gay ring-tone on while he's out fighting crime which would not be a good idea? And he answers the damn thing while he's in the middle of a bust, oh when telling a woman her daughter was just killed? WTF?
