Indiana Jones 5 Still Happening With Shia Says Shia...

Well for what it's worth, Shia has already come out and said what a piece of shit the last movie was, so if he's excited about this one, that could be a good thing...

That's another reason why I thought the article was worth posting here due to Shia's previous comments denouncing the Crystal Skull.

^ Then why did Shia bother saying that he heard a pitch from Steven? They seem to want to bust this out in time for 2012 so we'll see.

I liked Mutt, too. So sue me! :rommie:

Crazy plot, hmmm...hopefully they're through with aliens...what's left. Indy takes LSD? Faked moon landings? Frak it, maybe they should just go to Atlantis!

I've always wanted thought that an Arthurian tale would be right up Dr. Jones's ally...I even read that there was a script written for the fourth movie called "Indiana Jones and the Sword of Arthur". Just seems like a natural fit to me. Especially with the Holy Grail stuff from "Last Crusade".

Yeah I remember that...I think the graphics were based on work that was done for an actual movie with that title, then scrapped.

I can't wait for this movie to come out.

Oh, wait, that's what I would say if I was in the opposite universe.

I loved the last movie, even though it was absolutely absurd, and I really like Shia LeBouf, so I'm not complaining.

Meh. No interest anymore. Jones ended riding off into the sunset, immortal.

Indy crossed the seal, he won't be immortal.

But he may well die of "extreme old age."

Did not care at all for the fourth film, and really don't want to see a fifth with Mutt returnin'.

They just did the 50s movie homage, so what would a homage to 60s movies be? Spartacus? 2001? Psycho? Planet of the Apes?

Sound of Music! Indiana Jones 5 will be a musical!

I can take or leave Mutt. I won't mind if they use him. I'm definitely up for a new Indy film, though.

I'm not sure what a good homage to the 60s would be, though. I'll have to think about it. An artifact related to Atlantis would be good, though, but finding Atlantis would be a bit too much.

I kinda think the series should have ended with The Last Crusade (so aptly titled) but oh well. I'll still see another new Indy film anyway.

At least "crazy" doesn't equal "bad". Aliens were simply wrong for Indiana Jones. I doubt they will do Aliens stuff again, at least not with Spielberg.

Aliens might have been over the top...I would have preferred if they had just found evidence of their presence and not actually encountered any. Mutt was fine and I thought Shia gave a decent performance. It was nice to see Marion back and reunited with Indy. I enjoyed the film and would be up for one more.
