I looked up this story after you posted it, and apparently another thing that happened was Cathy Horyn attacking Christina Hendricks's body... and they had an intentionally distorted image of Hendricks to go along with it! Of course, the NYT replaced it after they were called out on it and tried to claim that it was an error during processing.

Also, the woman calling Hudson, Aniston and Cox fat is Andy Port, but I can't find a picture of her.

Yeah, I can understand why the fashion industry allows this to happen - since they're selling clothes to women, not men - but overall straight women are the last people who have a clue what men like.

Luckily, there are many women who know that curves are good, and that being a size 4 is not.

But you are right. If the celebrities stopped catering to that crowd, things may be better for them and for the teen girls who watch them.

You're right. The post did seem to lean toward "it's a good thing" as far as the weight gain goes. Being compared to Marilyn Monroe is not a bad thing.

Too bad she's a self-centered drama queen. That right there makes her unattractive no matter the physical beauty.
