space feels dangerous again in SGU, which is a nice element that I felt SGA and the latter half of SG1 completely missed. I appreciate how the writers are taking their time for how the characters are only slowly figuring out Destiny, the way the ship shakes and fluctuates, power issues, hygiene etc.

 And I agree, I'm almost sure that the ship did what it did on purpose and not to drop people off on an habitable planet. I'm sure that the gas giant was just a teaser to what we'll see tomorrow!
