I've quite honestly never had a preference. My dad loves women with dark hair and blue eyes, and I find that an appealing combination on men. However, I find any number of other combinations appealing -- it just depends on the guy. His skin color has a lot to do with it too (and I'm talking strictly aesthetics -- I like boys of all colors!). Some examples I've seen that I've found really appealing are:
-pale skin with light hair and very dark black or brown eyes.
-very dark skin with black eyes and hair.
-light skin, vibrant red/ginger hair with grey eyes.
-dark skin with grey eyes -- one of the hottest guys I've ever known. His skin was almost blue-black, and his eyes were pale grey. He was bald.
-I like hazel eyes, especially when they're unexpected (I love Dr. Bashir's yummy hazel eyes, which one doesn't see much on a person with his skin tone.
-I also like guys whose hair is slightly lighter than the average Joe of their particular ethnic persuasion. I knew a young man whose father was Indian (bindis not feathers), and whose mother was whiter than Alaska. He had very Indian features (I'm generalizing, of course), combined with the palest skin and blondest hair you've seen this side of Albinism.
- I dated a young man from Ecuador, who had very central/south American Native features, and gorgeous green eyes. He was also only an inch or two taller than I am (and I'm on the petite side), while I'm almost exclusively attracted to tall men. It just goes to show that it's all about the individual.
