Great, Cuddy went through crap to get a baby, and now she feels nothing for the kid? :(
I'm not in the least a medical person, but that doesn't completely surprise me. She hasn't carried the baby through pregnancy, been up all night due to back pain, etc.... In short, the two of them don't know each other yet. So... it doesn't surprise me that she may not "feel anything" just yet. It's a foster care situation that can lead to adoption, but Cuddy hasn't been through the fire.

Eh, it's buyer's remorse.

Nice Trek reference from House. The actress who plays the teacher/patient was on an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation. She was in the episode called "Disaster". She was one of the kids who was trapped in the turbolift with Picard.

Yeah, I recognized her name from the credits. Don't know why I remembered it, though!

House v. Cameron. Yeah, this will end well!

I really like the new decor/color scheming Cuddy's office.

And, I ashamedly admit that I've the "habit" of picking up my own right leg when I sit down -a'la House.

Advice from House:

Bitch slaps you with reality, smacks you with sarcasm, pokes you in the eye facts and then spins around then kicks you in the nuts with The Human Condition.

Wow, House can be a real schmuck. :shifty: Very subtle with Cuddy.
But it's vintage House. Take the neanderthal approach to get someone to see what they need to see. He doesn't see the reaosn to pussy-foot around, preferring to shock Cuddy into seeing that she really does have feelings for Rachel, or to force her to face facts and do what needs to be done for the baby.

I'm sorry, Thirteen is just gorgeous and stunning.

I look at her and feel very warm and tingly.

She's being pretty damn naive about her drug trial.

Thirteen, it's a drug not miracle!

Thirteen wants kids. Uh-oh. Not necessarily a good idea for Huntingdon's patients...

Yup, I guess Cuddy really doesn't have it in her...

I'm quickly losing interest in the patient, is that terrible? :p

Gorgeous and stunning and literally sucking the life out of this show. Zzzzzzzzzz..........ooooh, House the brutally frank ass just gave Foreman tacit permission to endanger his future medical career if he's "in love" with Thirteen.   Like House would ever frakking do that. But....it's for Thirteen, so House's personality is going to change because Thirteen is just that wonderful. Get her and Foreman off the show. NOW.

Which running story-line is worse?

Cuddy wanting a /and the baby?

Wilson helping Cuddy with the baby?

Thirteen and her Huntigton's?

Forteen?

Since Wilson and Cuddy are portrayed by competent actors and have established histories, I'd opine that the Thirteen storyline is worse. The girl can't act. She can't make me care. Cuddy is gorgeous. I care about her. But I can't bring myself to give an iota that Thirteen is dying. The more the storyline focuses on her and her Huntington's the less I care.

Crying baby is painful for the patient? :wtf: Or was it the phone somehow? :p

Babies are funny how they stop crying at the simplest things.

Yeah, that is how moms and babies bond sometimes- kind of suddenly. Awwwww! "Your puke isn't as cute."
