What is the expression "dead men tell no tales"?

Chromatie is right Sarah won't kill he he will...

Did I mention how much I hate over protective parents?

Above average for me. I really enjoyed it and Cromartie was great in this episode. To bad I think he is the one to buy it in the next episode.

Descriptions for upcoming episodes involve references for Sarah, John, Derek, and Cameron.

Great, great episode. It's grimmer than normal as we see the devastating effects that the characters, by their very existence, set into motion.

The opening scene with Ellison was awesome. I was sure it was a dream sequence but it was a hell of a way to start it. Cromartie (is that still his name?) was super creepy but again, awesome. The casting on this show, from the main cast to the recurring characters to the bit players remains among the best on television.

Let me just say that any sympathy I had for John after the last episode is gone. I have ZERO sympathy. He is nothing more than a whining, emo-brat and the fact that he would conceal from Sarah that Cromartie visited is inexcuseable. The fact that he risks his safety and his families safety because he doesn't want to move again is the height of selfishness. That brings the second problem in this episode...there is absolutely no way Sarah, John, and Cameron can stay in the area. There's too many witnesses that can connect them to the bowling alley murders. Add to that the Terminator having visited their turf, it makes staying there even more unrealistic, even for this television show.

Looks like everything is coming to ahead next week and it looks awesome.

What is it going to take for John to get it? Cromartie comes to his house, interrogates his girlfriend, and what does John do? He goes off driving with Riley and allows her to convince him she did a good thing. John is going to need to see someone he cares about killed by a Terminator before he finally drops the emo-shit and gets his act together. I vote for Riley. She's annoying as hell, and all I wanted tonight was for Cromartie to kill her.

When is Ellis going to realize there's something very familiar about Catherine Weaver? Doesn't she remind him of his savior, Cromartie?

Even though this episode (and the show in general) was very Terminator heavy, I thought it was a really great episode.
I'm glad they brought back Cromartie, he's a great Terminator. Hopefully they keep him around for a long time.

We should all bow down and give thanks to Cameron for killing those guys in the bowling alley. She made sure their Abraham Lincoln/Zombie movie would never find its way to the screen!

That movie will be on Sci-Fi next week.

I rated the episode "Average." It didn't really have any "kick" for me, seeming mostly a set-up hour for next week's extravaganza. Ellison was much too slow to realize that his "replacement" was the killer; the A plot of the Connors reclaiming their belongings did not engage me. The one good moment was John's speech to Sarah at the end; we start to see a bit of the inner torment that he was trying so hard to hold inside in prior episodes.

However, this episode is the only one so far this season that felt flat, and next week looks much better, so overall I can't complain with the season.

I really hope Riley bites it next week.

And yay...again no corny opening credits voice-over.

Agreed--I was sure Ellison was dreaming, but when a tear rolled down his cheek I thought, nope it's real. The show is getting rather Terminator-heavy as of late--the redhead female, now a twin of Ellison, possibly the cop who interrogated him. I say 'possibly' because the writers seem to be playing with us. Just because he utters the phrase "thank you for your assistance" while the creepy terminator music plays as he walks doesn't necessarily mean he is one for sure.

I recorded the show and the VCR cut off before the promo--arrgh! This is only the 7th episode of a 22 episode season, but I'm sort of worried they're going to leave too many story threads open at the end of the season--and I'm not holding my breath for a season 3 since it is a program on Fox.

I gave it an excellent--probably because of Cromartie and how close he got to John this episode.
