Wow. This season is definitely an improvement.

My only question now is: why didn't Goular get the boot a long time ago?

Clark should grab Ollie, run them both out of the room real quick, fill him in, then run real quck back.

I think that'd give him away to Lois.

Not if he did it so fast that she doesn't see it. ;)

The flaw in your theory is that Clark and Ollie would have disappeared for the length of time it would have taken for Clark to explain to Ollie. Even if he was quick on the uptake, it still would have been around 5 to 10 seconds that they would not be there with Lois and the episode's villain wondering where they went.

What's funny is I fell asleep during the first 15 minutes, woke up and still got the gist of the plot. Smallville was never too deep.

No one told psycho jeweler that lie detector tests are not reliable?

Tess gets had an itch. Bitch with an itch! If she's Itchy, does that make Ollie Scratchy?

Again, no trendy music over the last 4 minutes. Are we sure this is still Smallville?

Frankly, the omitted trendy music thing is okay by me. Most of that trendy music is gawd-awful. It's so damn pedestrian and uninspired, and half the time I can't tell one from the other.

It was an ok episode.

I liked Tess using Ollie. Ollie was pretty much an arrogant prick when he was younger and he deserves everything from those that don't like him. The "I was afriad of yuo" excuse is as lame as lame can be.

There wasn't enough questioning from the bad guy IMHO for Chloe and Jimmy. All that for like 2-3 questions? Please.

As a character Lois Lane always annoyed the hell out of me as her character always smacked of a hubris that constantly gets her in trouble and requires someone else to constantly bail her out. There's plucky anand dogged and then there is stupid which IMHO Lois falls into the latter far more often the the former in all supes incarnations. Anyways, Smallville is certainly no exception in this regard. Few trhings are more annoying than someone having FAR more grand an opinion of their capabilities than they actually have and Lois is a prime example of this.

I really miss the Lana Lang hottness from the show. Chloe, Lois and Tess are all good looking but not anywhwere near a hot as Lana is.

Sorta like your hero, Lex?

Well Chloeavage's answer to the last question was pretty definitive.

And thus you obviously miss the point of the Lois Lane character entirely.

Sorry. That was just really funny.

For the most part I didn't like this episode, cause it didn't really mean anything in the long run. It was a soap opera love story episode for teeny CW viewers.

I pretty much have 0 interest in the Chloe/Jimmy story line.

Pointed out on another board: it was not the same jersey. Chloe wore the practice jersey. Lois had the Championship jersey. I don't have screen caps to put up, but I've seen enough Chlark vids know it's different.
