Enterprise: Romulan Wars series

They may or they may not. I have no clue about their personal opinions on writing.

Can anyone give any details about this series? Is it actually a series? Does it follow KM and its events? How many parts will it be? when can we look forward to it? Will Archer give another big speech that we wont be able to hear?
Only one book has been announced so far. Whether this will be the only one to cover the Romulan Wars or not is anyone's guess.

And rumor* has it Archer will be repeating his Gazelle Speech in this one.

*A rumor I'm starting myself right now.

Well, I hope it's true. I always liked that speech.

Too bad it wasn't longer.
Most people zone out after the word "gazelle".

Which way to Marco's office? We have a meeting.

There was me, that is Alex, and my three droogs, that is Pete, Georgie, and Dim, and we sat in the Korova Milkbar trying to make up our rassoodocks what to do with the evening. The Korova milkbar sold milk-plus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence.

I am not going to even try to pretend i understand what that meant!

They drink milk with stimulants in it so they can go and bash skulls in.

I've only just spotted this post, so may I say that while I curse you for filling my thoughts with a notion of such bleak hopelessness that I will never again be able to sleep, I will give thanks that I at least avoided it long enough to live happily for the last fortnight.
Is there any way a mod could tag any post suggesting a repeat of the gazelle speech, spoiler-warning style, as 'too horrific for the human mind to bear?' Just to protect the youngsters who still have hope? ;)

Gazelle speech?

It's from "Shockwave, Part 2"

(Pulling this from an online transcript:

ARCHER:
"When I was in my early twenties on a trip to East Africa I saw a gazelle giving birth. It was truly amazing. Within minutes the baby was standing up, standing up on its own. A few more minutes and it was walking and before I knew it, it was running alongside its mother, moving away with the herd.

"Humans aren't like that, Ambassador. We may come from the same planet as those gazelles but we're pretty much helpless when we're born. It takes us months before we're able to crawl. Almost a full year before we can walk. Our deep space mission isn't much different. We're going to stumble, make mistakes, I'm sure more than a few, before we find our footing. But we're going to learn from those mistakes. That's what being human is all about. I'm sorry you can't see that."

Or, put simply:
