Maybe it's just because I'm not from the US, but is the description "Brothas" for dark-skinned people really political correct? Sorry, it just strikes me as a strange title.

Thanks for the compliment. I was thinking of getting a shot with dark glasses, but Avery has very piercing and moody eyes, and I love the tint of this photo.

As for being Politically Correct, well I understand what you need. I think a few years ago Americans overdid it.

Well, I don't think that I need anything. I really don't want to attack anyone here, so please don't get me wrong. I just want to know if the term "brothas" is acceptable for US sensibilities. Because I'm quite sure it isn't in Germany.

I meant "mean" but my comp was slow, and I decided not to change it. In any case I understand its a crude term, and as a writer I don't use them. On the other hand, in the 90's everything was TOO politically correct
