NFL 2024: Chiefs Kingdom Targets a Three-Peat

3rd Washington turnover about to lead to a Philly TD.

The "brotherly shove" is becoming predictable and more ineffective.

A pre-snap sack....twice :guffaw:

Cowboys fans are not happy...View attachment 44286

I don't envy Schottenheimer having to ride this out, and I don't know why he'd take the job, but he's going into it eyes wide open.
I don't really blame Schottenheimer for taking the job. He's been bouncing around various coaching/coordinator jobs for twenty years, frankly to mediocre results overall. This was probably his best and only shot at a head coaching gig.

Is the Commanders subreddit representative of the fanbase because holy cow those are some terrible people.

Josh Allen just has the misfortune of being the Peyton Manning to Patrick Mahomes' Tom Brady.

But even Peyton managed to get past Brady eventually.

So if the playoffs continue to unfold the way it has been, which tight end will blow it in the fourth quarter of the Super Bowl?

I was hoping the Bills would get another chance. They and the Vikings are both 0-4 in the Super Bowl... talk about always a bridesmaid.

No way the NFL was going to allow anybody but the Chiefs to the Superbowl... especially after Philly got through.

Continuing the chance to anoint a true dynasty? Check.
Repeating two years ago? Check.
The Andy Reid connection? Check.
The Kelce family drama? Check.
The Swiftie fanbase? Check.

That 4th down spot was a gift.

Let's go Eagles!

Shit. Now I have to figure out who I'm going for in two weeks.

I despise the Eagles but my wife's rooting for them, as well as most of her family. I really like Andy Reed and Patrick Mahomes but can't stand thumbhead Travis Kelce, Tay Tay and all the manufactured Swiftie bullshit. The only time I ever rooted for Philly unequivocally was when they played (and beat) the Pats in SB LII. I don't feel it this time around. I just don't hate the Chiefs that much.

:sigh: Why couldn't it have been the Bills? At least that's a team I could have gotten behind a lot more easily. :wah:

I definitely don’t buy any conspiracy theories about the NFL “not allowing” things, but yes I thought Allen made the first down there.

100% - there's no conspiracy here, it was just a bad call. There are bad calls in every game. That's not why the Bills lost.

Anyway, I'm glad the thread title held up all season and never needed to be changed. I'll be rooting for Mahomes and the Chiefs to finish the job and make history. Sorry, I just don't like the Eagles.
