I believe they're voicing orcs.

Reddit. Apparently, their characters are named Wrot and Shank.
Apparently, Dominic Monaghan is the orc in the trailer that asks, "What does Mordor want with rings?"
So...the source is speculation based on the same observation I saw?
According to whom? Hard to tell from the trailer since the shots of both Monaghan and Boyd are so quick, one can't possibly discern what either of them are saying.
That all said, it makes sense that they would be playing small, completely different roles and tha would be a neat nod if Monaghan is, in fact, the orc who says that line.
I just want a little more evidence than some random person on the internet.
Well, your other possibility is that Miranda Otto, whom we have known is reprising Eowyn for a narrative framing device, is telling the story of Helm Hammerhand and his daughter to someone, who happen to be Merry and Pippin. I like the idea that they're orcs, but reprising Merry and Pippin in that way would work.
See, that was my assumption once I spotted Monaghan and Boyd in the video, but I'm good with them playing orcs.or something.
All I'm looking for is a confirmed source over idle speculation.
I assumed that if they were playing Merry and Pippin, that they would have been part of the promotional aspect of it, along with Miranda Otto and Christopher Lee.
Christopher Lee is out promoting this movie? ... Well, considering the man, it shouldn't be surprising he wouldn't let being dead stop him.
