No wild card teams, no byes, none of that crap; just go straight into the division series. Simple, logical, efficient.

If you don't win your division, you don't deserve to make the playoffs. It's as simple as that.

Honestly, I'm all for that. I've never been a big fan of the wild card, but I was mostly fine with it when it was only one card. But now that it's two and with a bye and all of this other shit? Zzzzzzz...

I long for the days of simplicity.

If you don't win your division, you don't deserve to make the playoffs. It's as simple as that.

Even if you get to four divisions, TV money will keep the Wild Cards around for more games to televise.
