It did, but it was never quite as stark as TOS. You didn't see the away team consist of Janeway, the Doc, and Seven every week.think VOY became the Kate/Seven/Doctor show
Could be post More Tribbles. Or maybe Plum didn't think to share that discovery. There was a lot going on.If you ever see one tribble it's not a real tribble.
I haven't seen the Tribbles Short Treks, but I'm pretty sure I'm not going to want to.
Yeah, if the Short Treks fit into two categories, "absolutely stuff that literally happened" (Calypso/Runaway), and "just having fun" (Ephraim and Dot), The Trouble with Edward sits next to Ephraim and Dot. Especially the post-credits scene. It is... cute. But, I wouldn't take it any more seriously than fan fiction.

The fact that he dies in the end of the story makes me love this idea even more.I think of it as a story related directly by Edward somehow. As in, he’s an unreliable narrator and it’s told from his unhinged perspective.
That's the cartoon with the tardigrade. Lots of Looney Tunes chases.I can’t remember what happened in Ephraim and Dot.

It's worth watching again, then. Because it's SUPER cute!I can’t remember what happened in Ephraim and Dot.
A tardigrade and a robot have a series of adventures that spans the life of the 1701.I can’t remember what happened in Ephraim and Dot.
Was Gerrold inspired by what happened when they introduced rabbits to Australia? The common mythology is that TOS was "all message, all the time". But Tribbles actually HAD an intended message. Tribbles were fine as long as they lived in their native ecosystem. (What the heck LIVED there that was eating Tribbles like M&Ms?) Funny that even Gerrold then had the Klingons engineering a predator. Of course maybe the Tribbles NATURAL predators were more than even the Klingons could handle?

No. Heinlein. Was Gerrold inspired by what happened when they introduced rabbits to Australia?
