I quite like Chekov's one in Star Trek V: "Warp Speed, Now!" and the clenched fist he does. Not saying that's mine, but I do like it a bunch.

So, going to warp apparently needs some preparation, possibly coordination and then a final 'go'. Otherwise there would be no need to say 'engage' or any such phrase after the 'warp x' order.
