Thirded. Still can't believe the original intent was for the big bulbous thing to be the flight deck/front of the ship, rather than the engine. Worked out for the best, though...

I'm also partial to Scorpio. A very intricate 4' model was built, but they did all the effects work with it on videotape so all the detail was turned into blobby mush, save for one or two magazine poster spreads that begin to do that model some justice. Amazing that spread was never scanned and used on any official B7 channel for image download as wallpaper, it really looks terrific for what it is (a spacehopper in need of some repairs, hence the more utilitarian look... the interior really changes the mood. As much as Liberator's interior could define the late-70s (the only thing missing would be booze, ciggies, white powder, and of course the morning doves and horses brought into Studio 54 that one night, but they'd make a big mess), one could say how Scorpio has sort of a punk-esque edge - like the crew's new costumes... and thankfully no horse doodoo... )
