Some of those were pretty tempting, but probably not tempting enough. I would've gone for a V'Ger the first time around, except the back is all messed up (the "tail feathers" are too short, too straight, and aligned incorrectly to the rest of the hull).

Well, I'm probably getting it. Definitely K-7 and possibly NX-01 refit. My card's really gonna take a hit this month.

I kinda want the Spock statue, but it's still in stock at several online shops, so obviously not a priority, lol. Actually, I feel like most of the Trek selection this time around isn't particularly rare, stuff like the K7 and V'ger still go for around original retail on eBay. Probably the things that will go the fastest are the Space 1999 Eagles.

Finally! Excelsior is one of the ships I've been holding out for. Tempted by the NX-01 refit and the XCV-330 too, depending on price of course. Excelsior is on my must-have list though!

Wow, I hadn't noticed the imperfections. During the Star Trek Online mission to C'qer, I was able to track my flight across the machine entity with my V'ger model.

I noticed they seem to be using a third shipping partner for this shipment.

Just got an email from a shipping company called Exelot. At first I thought it was some kind of scam, but it seems to be legit and is showing status of what I assume is the MR shipment from England (doesn't actually say who it's coming from). A little odd, but it seems okay.

Huh. I got a shipping notice email right from Master Replicas, and the tracking service is from something called Whistl.

Oh, yes, forgot to mention that I did get an initial email from MR a few days ago saying the stuff was being sent out, but then got the follow-up from Exelot today.

I wonder if they're trying out multiple companies, seeing which one screws up the least.

While I don't know the ins-and-outs, the current "Master Replicas" is not the same company as the MR from 20+ years ago. That company went bankrupt and sold off its assets, including the name, and I recall from The RPF that the current owners of the MR name are that only -- owners of the name, nothing else. It's a parent corporation trading on otherwise unrelated branding.

I dunno, I got separate emails from both Exelot and Master Replicas saying my order had shipped. When I clicked on the “track your shipment” link it took me to the Whistl site.

Whoever it was the tracking site was crappy.

Does anyone know what the biggest/longest shuttle is? They all seem so small
